Inside of a tiger maple hope chest we built in the fall of 2002. The chest was inscribed with the couples name and wedding date, and was lined with wide planks of aromatic cedar, milled off our own land.

There's few pieces of furniture that have more sentiment than that of a hope chest. Whether a father for daughter, or young man for his bride to be, truly a piece that is even more cherished if made by hand.
