2012 Revival

To All a huge thank you for helping with this revival weekend. We wanted to pass along some images and testimonies that blessed us.

After hearing from others and spending time in prayer, we feel that the Lord has allowed a fine foundation to be established here. If we continue to be obedient in the work He has set in front of us all, He will do amazing things. We are mindful of not allowing this revival to become simply a “works” and will seek God's will always.

Dozens of folks asked if we planned on doing this next year. Some said they would like to help, others promised to share with their friends what they experienced here. We're being approached by many who didn't come, but heard about it from family or church members, and would like to be here next year.

Mary shares with me the testimonies she reads on Face-book. We have also received so many e-mails of thanks, testimonies, and blessings. We are delighted to be hearing from teens and young adults who were changed! I personally stepped out and promised to walk closer to Jesus, and am trying to be the same man to my family and those who work here as I am in public. I feel a glow inside me I had forgot about... praise God!

Please share things you might think we could improve on, or ideas of any kind. Our son-in-law Justin thought about teaching a Martial Arts class with his bothers, comparing the need for a young man to “acquire the tools” to protect himself if attacked by another man, to being prepared to fight in God's army against the devil. What a cool way to get young men to hear a message that they might not listen to if sitting in a chair!

Lastly, yet another big thank you for all the support and help we received by so many. People come up to us and use words like “you” and “your”, but we know it is actually “Him” and all of you. Please God, keep us humble!
