This grade provides our clients with the lest expensive way to have a piece built out of beautiful tiger maple. Many of our clients actually prefer this grade over "perfect" boards, saying that these boards posses a more natural look.

The imperfections used are strictly visual, and not structural. They include different colors of the sap wood, (very common in maple wood) use of the heart wood, which is much darker than the sap wood.
